thanks for choosing the 4 skateboard company products. we know you'll be pretty stoked with our product so we consider all sales as final. if you change your mind, refunds, exchanges or store credits are not available so be sure you're completely happy with your choice before you hit the payment button.

something still not right?

the 4 skateboard company will refund or replace faulty or damaged products in accordance with the Warranty Terms and Conditions and Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law outlined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) - www.accc.gov.au

clear description of product claim
whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund

once your initial contact has been received, one of our crew will email you to request a clear image and or video evidence of the claim so we can take a look at it.

if your claim has been approved for a replacement, your item(s) will be sent out to you.

if your claim has been approved for a refund, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. please allow a reasonable amount of time for your refund to be processed.

we'll consider a reasonable amount of time from date of purchase for warranty claims. we reserve the right to reject warranty claims if assessed as unwarrantable - including but not limited to typical wear and tear.
